Each artwork is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped from North Macedonia with attention to safety and presentation.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation has been received.

Customers will be notified once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped from North Macedonia through the national postal service using registered and protected shipping services.

This means that shipments are sent with additional security and tracking measures to reduce the risk of loss during transit and to help ensure safe delivery.

Local Delivery & Pickup

For customers located in Skopje, North Macedonia, local delivery or in-person pickup may also be arranged depending on availability and location. Customers choosing local delivery or pickup may pay in cash upon delivery/pickup if agreed in advance. Please contact me before placing your order to arrange local delivery, pickup details, or cash payment options.

Packaging

Every artwork is professionally packaged with utmost care and protection.

Depending on the artwork size and format, packaging may include:

  • protective sleeves,
  • reinforced cardboard,
  • rigid backing,
  • bubble wrap,
  • protective envelopes or boxes.

The goal is to ensure that the artwork arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are covered by Neda Studio unless otherwise stated.

Customers are not charged additional shipping fees during checkout for eligible products.

Delivery Times

As all shipments are sent internationally from North Macedonia through the national postal service, delivery times may vary and can sometimes take longer depending on destination country, customs procedures, and local postal systems.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: approximately 1–3 weeks
  • International destinations: approximately 2–6 weeks

Delivery times may occasionally vary depending on customs procedures, destination country, and local postal services. Occasional delays may occur during holidays, customs inspections, or periods of increased postal traffic.

Customs & Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.

Neda Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • your order information,
  • photographs of the packaging and artwork (if damaged),
  • any relevant delivery information.

Each case will be reviewed individually.
