Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Neda Studio.

Each artwork is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Please read the following policy before placing an order.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be returned:

  • in the same condition in which it was received,
  • unused and undamaged,
  • in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns that arrive damaged, altered, or improperly packaged may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned artwork has been received and inspected.

Once the return is approved, the refund will be sent via bank transfer using the banking details provided by the customer.

Please note:

  • original shipping costs are non-refundable,
  • return shipping costs are not covered by Neda Studio,
  • any transfer or banking fees charged by the customer’s bank are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • photographs of the packaging,
  • photographs of the artwork,
  • your order information.

Each case will be reviewed individually.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • custom commissions,
  • personalized artworks,
  • digital products,
  • items marked as final sale.
